Holiday World is a complex of 4 hotels that belongs to the Peñarroya Group.This corporate group is comprised of a group of family-owned companies, whose most important companies include Sociedades Inmobiliaria Peñarroya S.L., La Reserva de Marbella, S.L., and Golf Reserva de Marbella S.A.
Its origins date back to 1966 when the first company was established, Inmobiliaria Peñarroya, S.L., and real estate activities were started in the capital of Malaga.
The family group expanded its activity in the 70s and 80s on the western Costa del Sol, highlighting destinations like Fuengirola and Benalmádena, where it promoted the Jupiter and Minerva buildings with 950 flats and the BenalBeach flat-hotel complex with 1051 flats.
This last apartment complex, BenalBeach, represented one of the most emblematic on the entire Costa del Sol at that time, due to its infrastructures and green zones, as well as its innovative swimming pools and water attractions.Even today, BenalBeach continues to be a product in great demand in holiday tourism.
Subsequently, La Reserva de Marbella, S.A. was established, which carried out residential home promotions in the housing complex bearing the same name, located in Marbella, on lands of some 500,000 m2.
Starting in 2002, hotel promotions were started up in Benalmádena on property of almost 400,000 m2, starting to construct the hotel complex that is today known as HOLIDAY WORLD. These hotels have been pioneers on the Costa del Sol due to their facilities and due to establishing the ALL INCLUDED PLAN in the province of Malaga.
With respect to future real estate activity, studies are already underway to execute different hotel promotions and developments on the Golf Reserva property in Marbella, on lands of some 3,500,000 m2.
