The aim of the present document is to regulate the GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS for the Online Reservations Service of HOTELS HOLIDAY WORLD** (SEGEHOTEL, S.L.U., AUXIHOTEL, S.L.U., CAMPOBENAL, S.L.U., POLYBENAL,S.L.U. and AQUABENAL, S.L.U., hereinafter HOLIDAY WORLD HOTELS), for users who access www.holidayworld.es (hereinafter the website) for any reason or use the services provided therein.
The use of these services will entail the full and unreserved acceptance and validity of each and every one of the General Contracting Conditions contained in the latest and updated version of these General Conditions.
As a client, you state that you are of legal age and have enough legal capacity to take on obligations in the present General Contracting Conditions by hiring services at HOLIDAY WORLD HOTELS

RESERVA DE MARBELLA, S.A., as the website administrator facilitates, through the site, the steps necessary to obtain the provision of the services offered by the different hotels and that are selected by users depending on their preferences, entered during the reservation process and which are those described in the present General Contracting Conditions, as well as other specific ones displayed on the screen while browsing, so that you state that you know and accept these processes as necessary for hiring the services offered on the website.

 

2. Use of the Online Reservations Service of HOLIDAY WORLD HOTELS**

 

2.1. Online reservations services

 

2.1.1. Online reservations services: The purpose of the online reservations services is the reservation of a room at any of the HOLIDAY WORLD HOTELS**. The use of these services will entail the full and unreserved acceptance and validity of each and every one of the general conditions contained in the latest and updated version of these General Conditions.

 

2.1.2. Hiring procedure: When using the service, users will receive a confirmation email that will include their reservation locator number. This email will serve as a receipt of reservation and as confirmation of acceptance.

 

2.1.3. Guarantee and cancellation policy: Reservations made through this website will be guaranteed by the credit card provided by users on the form.

RESERVATIONS PAYMENT POLICY

 

When clients make a reservation through the website, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged, although the execution date of this charge will be the day clients check out of the hotel. In other words, it is a future charge.

 

 

One night of accommodation per cancelled room will be billed, provided that the reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours before arrival.

Modification

No changes or modifications will be permitted to reservations during high season, Easter Week, 3-day weekends and New Year, except in the following cases:

1. Extension of the reservation period

2. Increase in the number of rooms to be reserved

3. Adding more occupants per room

 
D.NO SHOW POLICY

In the case the clients do not show up on the check-in date set forth in the reservation, without having made a cancellation, that which is set forth in section B will be applied.

 

2.1.4. Prices per room and per night. The prices detailed on our website include VAT or the equivalent indirect tax.

 

2.2. Use of services

Users pledge to use services according to the law, morally, with good customs and public order, as well as according to that which is set forth in the present General Contracting Conditions. Consequently, clients are obligated to not use services for illicit aims or those opposing that which is established in the present General Contracting Conditions, harmful to the rights and/or interests of third parties or that could damage the services in any way of HOLIDAY WORLD HOTELS** and/or their image.

 

HOLIDAY WORLD HOTELS** may unilaterally modify the services provided or the operability, technical and usage conditions of services for greater agility and in benefit to users at any time without prior notice. These modifications will be published on this website so that clients can know about them and accept them once again. Similarly and with the objective of improving the service and establishing optimal quality levels, the final objective of HOLIDAY WORLD HOTELS**, users may suggest those modifications that they deem suitable by contacting website managers at the email address: central@holidayworld.es.

Specifically, these services are: online reservations management, sending of suggestions and CV management for future selection processes, as well as the sending of promotional communications by email and post to which you expressly agree, in accordance with the rules detailed above.
Users may exercise their right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the processing of their personal data, under the terms and conditions set forth in the LOPD, before the access address or email address of each file manager (available on the Legal Information section of this website).

Not filling in the mandatory fields that appear on any electronic registration form may have the consequence that HOLIDAY WORLD HOTELS** cannot attend to your request. The purposes of collecting your personal data are those that are stated particularly on each of the pages on which the electronic registration form appears.

HOLIDAY WORLD HOTELS** reserves the right to modify any of the matters contained in the present General Contracting Conditions, in the way it deems suitable, notifying users of modifications made through the website, so that they can know of them and be accepted again by users.

 

If one of the provisions in the present General Contracting Conditions is declared null and inoperative, the rest of the general conditions will remain under the agreed terms. No provision in this contract will affect in any way the imperative conditions with regard to consumers. If you are not a consumer, you expressly renounce your right to waiver.

 

The present conditions shall be governed by Spanish legislation, which will be applicable with regard to anything that is not set forth in these conditions on interpretation, validity and execution. HOLIDAY WORLD HOTELS** and users, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction, shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga for any controversy that could derive from the provision of services that are the object of these General Conditions. If users have their residency outside of Spain, HOLIDAY WORLD HOTELS** and users will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga (Spain), expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction.
