GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT AND PRIVACY POLICY
1. Introduction
The purpose of this document is to regulate the GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS of the on-line reservation services of HOTELES HOLIDAY WORLD **** (SEGEHOTEL, SLU, AUXIHOTEL, SLU, CAMPOBENAL, SLU, POLYBENAL, SLU and AQUABENAL, SLU, in forward, HOLIDAYWORLD HOTELS), for users who for any reason access www.holidayworld.es (hereinafter, the Web Site) or use the services provided therein.
As a Client, you declare that you are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these General Conditions of Contract when you contract with HOTELES HOLIDAY WORLD ****.
LA RESERVA DE MARBELLA, SL, as administrator of the site, facilitates, through the same, the necessary procedures to obtain the provision of the services offered by the different hotels and that are chosen by the users according to their preferences, indicated during the reservation process and which are those described in these General Contracting Conditions, as well as those specific ones that are indicated on the screen during navigation, so that you declare to know and accept these procedures as necessary to contract the services offered in The Web Site.
2. Use of the on-line reservation services of HOTELES HOLIDAY WORLD ****
2.1. Reservation services online.
2.1.1. On-line Reservation Services: On-line Reservation services are for the purpose of booking accommodation at any of the HOLIDAY WORLD HOTELS ****. The use of these services will mean the full and unreserved acceptance and validity of each and every one of the general conditions included in the latest updated version of these general conditions.
2.1.2. Recruitment procedure: When using the service, the user will receive a confirmation email in which their booking locator number will be included. This email serves as proof of your reservation and as confirmation of acceptance.
2.1.3. Guarantee and cancellation policy: Reservations made through this page will be guaranteed by the credit card provided by the user in the form.
A. RESERVATION PAYMENT POLICY
Flexible and Semi Flexible Rates *: Payment of the total reservation price in the FLEXIBLE RATE or SEMI FLEXIBLE model will be made at the time of Check In at the hotel reception.
* If the client accepts the reduction of 5% of the total reservation, the payment of 100% of the reservation will be made through the payment gateway of the web.
The hotel will reserve the right to show NON-REFUNDABLE Rates in which case the payment of 100% of the reservation will be made through the payment gateway. At all times the client will be informed during the booking process of the payment conditions.
In accordance with Law 7/2012 of October 29, for the intensification of the actions in the prevention and fight against fraud, none of our establishments may accept payments in cash for an amount equal to or greater than 2,500 .- € or its counter value. in foreign currency, or cash payments equal to or greater than € 15,000 when the payer is a natural person not resident in Spain and does not act as an entrepreneur or professional.
B. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY
Flexible Rate: One night stay will be charged per room canceled provided that this occurs within 48 hours prior to arrival.
Semi Flexible Rate: One night stay will be charged per room canceled provided that this occurs within 720 hours prior to arrival.
Non-Refundable Rate: 100% of the stay will be charged per room canceled provided that this occurs within 720 hours prior to arrival.
C. NO-ASSISTANCE POLICY OR "NO SHOW"
In case the client does not show up, on the date of entry, provided for in the reservation, without having made a cancellation of it, the provisions of section B will apply.
2.1.4. Prices per room and night: The prices reflected on our website include VAT or equivalent indirect tax.
2.2. Use of services
The user agrees to use the services in accordance with the Law, morals, good customs and public order, as well as with the provisions of these General Conditions of contract.
