- What is the RULETA RATE? How does it work?
The RULETA RATE is our BEST PRICE rate. When you book with this rate, you will get the BEST PRICE on a reservation with Holiday World. In this rate we will not know in which hotel we will stay until the moment of arrival.
- What age does my child need to be to attend the Mini-club?
The "Puka Puka" mini-club at Hotel Holiday Polynesia is available to children between 3 and 13 years old. The mini-club at Hotel Holiday Riwo is available to children between 4 and 13 years old.
- Do you need to pay to access the Beach Club?
Yes, when the 1-day ticket without accommodation is available in the Plans section of the website.
Access is free for guests with ALL INCLUSIVE. For guest staying in any other regime, the Beach Cub has a cost of 8€/adult and 6€/child. - How many hotels are there in Holiday World Resort Costa del Sol?
Holiday World Resort consists of three 4-star hotels, a premium holiday apartment complex, a Beach Club and a sports centre. All in a private complex with a free mini-bus that runs throughout the resort every 15 minutes approximately.
- What hotel are the Dino rooms at?
The Dino rooms are located at Hotel Holiday Riwo. This hotel has 7 Dino rooms which are specially decorated for children.
- If I'm staying in a hotel, can I use other hotels' facilities and eat there?
No,. You may only eat at and use the facilities of the hotel in which you are staying. If you would like to visit any hotel in the Holiday World complex and use one of the their facilities, you must pay to do so at that hotel.
- Why are there different colours of wristbands at the complex?
Each hotel has a specific colour for clients who have booked ALL INCLUSIVE. This wristband enables them to freely access the hotel's ALL INCLUSIVE services.
- Does the complex have free WiFi?
Yes, we offer free WiFi at all the hotels for our guests.
- Is there a laundry service in the hotels?
Yes. Our clients have a 24-hour laundry service available in all hotels apart from Casamaïa Apartments.
In order to make use of this service, you will have to acquire tokens your hotel's reception. These cost 6€ for a washing machine and 3€ for a tumble dryer. You can also acquire detergent here. - Are the rubber rings at the Beach Club free?
No. The rubber rings at the Beach Club are not free.
Rubber rings, or doughnuts, can be hired for 8€ a day and you will need to pay a deposit of 12€. This deposit will be returned to you when you return the doughnut to the Beach Club's Reception. - Is there a nursery service? How much does it cost?
Yes. Our nursery service is available at hotel Polynesia (check dates and prices). This service is exclusive to guests, they should book 24h in advance at the hotel's Reception. This service is available to children under 3 years old. Not included in All Inclusive.
You can find this service on floor -2 of hotel Holiday Polynesia. - What is the Beach Club? Is it a hotel?
No. The Beach Club is not a hotel. It is the water park of Holiday World. The Beach Club is a large, themed space with 9 swimming pool where children can share activities with their parents and adults can let their inner-child come out.
Remember that there is a free transport service available between hotels in the Holiday World complex and the Beach Club. - Are pool towels provided in the hotels?
Yes. Guests are offer the use of a beach towel in all our hotels.
You can ask for these in your hotel's reception. You will be required to pay a deposit of 20 € per towel. At your hotel's reception (after you pay the deposit), they will give you a ticket which can be exchanged in your hotel's spa for a towel. When you check-out from your hotel and return your ticket and towel, your deposit will be returned to you. - If I'm not staying in the Riwo Hotel, can I use the heated pool by paying, and if so, at what time? Can children use it?
Yes. Any person over 18 years old can use the heated pool, with no restrictions.
The Health Club at the Riwo Hotel is a paid service. The price of access for adults is 15€ per session of 60 min. (*prices might change in high/low season, please ask at the Health Club Reception). Guests younger than 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and may only enter during the afternoon. The price for them is 7.50€. We remind you that for hygiene reasons, you must use a shower cap (3,50€). Check the opening times of the Health Club here.
